Update to PayPal Link for 2026 HOA Dues

Please find the updated PayPal link for the 2026 Annual HOA Dues on our website. The updated link can be found by going to the Main Menu bar and selecting 2026 ANNUAL HOA DUES. This will open the page that contains the link. Dues for 2026 are still $74.00. If you choose to use PayPal to pay your dues, there will be an additional $2.52 added for the PayPal convenience charge. HOA dues are due no later than February 1st, or a late fee will be added.

Late Annual Due Payments for Years 2021 – 2025

Neighbors,

It is very important to pay your dues on time. Dues are a total of $74.00 for one year! Over the past several years, we have had homeowners who have consistently failed to pay their dues. It takes a lot of personal time to strive and collect back dues owed. Our plans this year is to work diligently to update the collection of dues. For a short period of time, we will work with homeowners to bring the accounts current. Notifications will be sent out to each homeowner who is past due and the notification will indicate a grace period to bring the accounts current. Failing to meet this deadline will initiate the next steps, which may include legal action. Hopefully we do not have to go this far.

Many neighbors have voiced their request for billing invoices. I have lived in this neighborhood since June 1998. I always remember that HOA dues are due the first of the year. If it is the membership’s desire to institute a billing service, please send me an email at jeepm9464@gmail.com. If there is enough interest, I will schedule an agenda item and invite the membership to discuss. Should this be the requirement desired by the HOA members, the VGHOA BoD will review available options and select the most cost-effective invoicing system. Be advised that the cost will drive an increase to the annual HOA dues.

Clean up after your Pet!

The VGHOA Board has received numerous complaints that some homeowners fail to clean up after their pets while walking them in the neighborhood. It is not fair or acceptable to walk your animal and to let them use your neighbor’s yard as their personal potty spot. Clean up after your pet! If your pet has loose bowels, Amazon sells wraps or “animal depends” for pets.

The VGHOA board will be contacting Animal Control to discuss county ordinances with regard to this issue and the appropriate action will be taken should these individuals fail to comply.

Architectural Change Requests for Solar Panels

If you are submitting an ACR for installation of Solar Panels, please submit your package via the contact links on this website.  Do not have the solar company submit for you because the VGHOA Board needs to have the package submitted by the homeowner.  Most requests are reviewed and a response is provided within a week or two.  Thank you for your understanding.
