2025 Annual HOA Dues – Payment

2025 Annual dues are $74.00 a year. If payment is made after April 1st, add a $15 Late Fee.

Payments can be either in cash, personal check, money order mailed to our local post office box, or via the PayPal link below. A small processing fee ($2.52) is added to each PayPal payment.

Late Payment for 2024 Annual Dues:

• Annual Dues for Calendar Year 2025 are $74.00
• Payment after April 1st, add an additional $15 for to submit a total of $89.00

Pay 2025 HOA Dues with PayPal only $2.52 extra
